An Unforgettable Glamping Experience In YorkshireCamp Kátur is coming to North Yorkshire and promises to be a glamping experience with a difference, set in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside Camp Kátur will offer a truly memorable Yorkshire glamping holiday.Camp Kátur will offer a retreat which is fun, relaxing & special to families, couple's & groups of friends who want to experience the tranquility of being outdoors in beautiful surroundings.Come rain or shine (we are hoping for more of the shine next year) we will be open for business with our truely unique experience.Glamerous camping "Glamping" in Yorkshire that is affordable for all to experience.Camp Kátur will be open for business Monday 1st April 2013, so not long and we will be opening our online booking system in November 2012 to take bookings for next year. We will be working hard over the coming months to get everything ready for our grand opening.Please take your time to see all that we have on offer and we are always looking to offer and improve on what we do so don't be afraid to tell us your idea's.Camp Kátur is the concept & vision of owner Kerry who wants to bring a different glamping experience to Yorkshire.A hippie at heart with a love for the great outdoors, passion for travel, VW camper vans and enjoyment of festivals the urge for the glamping lifestyle took charge.Kerry’s most prized possession is her 1978 Bay window VW Camper Van who goes by the name 'Surfer Sid', purchased as real rust bucket but after 18 months of hard graft thanks to good old Dad and Wavey (tuther half!) he looks spanking new!.Camp Kátur has been a concept for many years but is now a reality and we hope you will be as excited about staying with us as we are about having guests experience our unique glamping experience.We are striving where possible to make Camp Kátur as Eco friendly as possible and minimize our footprint on the surrounding countryside. We are always keen to hear peoples ideas that will help to further enhance the Glamping experience we offer to our guests.
