Caerfai Bay Caravan and Tent parkA quiet family run park, uniquely situated within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, offering unsurpassed panoramic views of magnificent scenery. Immediately adjacent to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and within 300 metres of the Caerfai Bay.Caerfai Bay Caravan and Tent Park consists of three separate enclosures: The Caravan Park in the first field, old name ” Hanner Guinea” is approximately 4 acres and is licensed for 60 Caravans. Approximately 25 are touring pitches, all with hook-ups and 17 with hardstandings: The remainder are season site pitches, of which 9 are for hire.

Field 2 called “Parc Ffynnon and field 3, “Rhos Carreg Lwyd” are for tents and motor homes. These have ample electric hook-ups and some hardstandings. Motor homes without awnings may stay in the caravan field – subject to caravan rates either in the off season, or during the School Summer holidays if they have a dog. (Note – dogs not allowed in the tent fields during the school summer holidays).The Pembrokeshire coastal path is adjacent to the site entrance with Caerbwdy Bay a short walk to the east and St. Nons Chapel to the west. For the more serious walker, further along the coast to Solva or Whitesands Bay, or even the entire coastline – the choice is yours.Our office is open daily; the opening times vary with the time of year, and these are posted on the office window. We advise you to telephone between 8.30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday to Saturday, or Sunday between 9a.m. and noon if possible. There is always and answer phone and the messages are dealt with daily; our emails are monitored and replied throughout the day.Caerfai Farm Shop is 100 yds from the site entrance and sells milk, organic produce and other groceries. It is open during school holiday periods from the end of May to the end of August. St Davids and its shops are a ten minute walk away, just under a mile.There is a regular bus service from St Davids to the railway towns of Haverfordwest and Fishguard. Between the first of June and the end of September the Celtic Coaster bus runs from St Davids to Whitesands beach, St Justinians and Porth Clais Harbour. Also during the summer period the Puffin Shuttle runs from St Davids along the coastal route as far as Milford Haven whilst the Strumble Shuttle runs along the north coastal route as far as Fishguard.The St Davids Visitor centre just off the main A487 at the top of the Caerfai Road shares its location with the new landscape gallery. ‘Oriel y Parc’ the name of the complex, is run by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park in conjunction with The National Museums and Galleries of Wales. The Gallery not only interprets the landscape of Pembrokeshire but houses National and International works of art. The National Park Visitor Centre at its entrance, as well as providing a wealth of local information, also has a small shop and cafe.
