Absolutely no smoking anywhere on-premises. $300 fine for any smoking/vaping on-premises. $15 Pet Fee per day. Please clean up after pets and to not have pets on furniture! $300 fine for any pet mess not cleaned up after including yard! No loud music, quiet time after 10 pm. Cancellation policy strictly enforced. For parking at this property you may park in the driveway or on the street, for 1-2 cars/trucks. If you have a trailer there is parking at the end of the block, or you may park it on the street near the home, just please be mindful of the neighbors. Be SURE the neighbors have a clear line of sight out of their driveways, thank you! The street parking is shared with other homes. Please not older homes in Wyoming can have sub pumps to help with groundwater. This Property does have 2 sub pumps and may run when water levels are high. Getting Around Sheridan Wyoming is a perfect sized community, although you can walk to many locations sometimes a drive is preferred. You will find most attractions are under 20 minutes away, some 30-60 minutes, but well worth the scenic drive!
