**Dogs on Leash** Dogs must always be kept on a leash, or tethered in your own site. They tend to wander into other sites and that is violating someone’s space. ### CAMPGROUND INFORMATION AND POLICIES - You can register at office if you don’t have a reservation. - Guests must be 18+ years old to make a reservation. Under age campers must be accompanied by an adult. - Fees are charged per Camping Unit (what ever you sleep in, on or under), even if sharing a site (exception – no extra charge for a child’s tent (0-17 years) - Check out time is 11:00 am……check-in 1:00 pm. - Please be careful to clean up after your pets both on your site and during walks around the campground. - Do not leave your pets at your site when you go out: they often bark until you return! Check with management as to where you can take them to swim. - Quiet time is 10:00pm to 8:00am. - No loud music or parties at any time of day or night. - Generator usage is only allowed in unserviced sites. Hours for operation are between 8-10 am and 6-8 pm. - Food and garbage must be safely contained so wildlife cannot get into it. - **Do not use out houses or fire pits for garbage disposal.** There has been an influx of guests using our outhouses and washroom septic system for their garbage/recycling, resulting in the damage of our septic company's pump trucks. If this continues we run the risk of not having these services at our campground. - Absolutely NO campfires allowed on lake shore or campground area except within designated fire pits. - Campfires within fire pits to be no bigger than provincial regulation size - 18” by 18” - No fireworks or sky lanterns to be set off. - All vehicles driven in park must be licensed under the motor vehicle act for highway use. - Campground Speed Limit - 10 km/h - Camping in designated areas only, unless authorized by camp host or management. - No climbing or cutting of trees or shrubs. - There is a recycling barrel provided for beverage containers by the information sign. - Do not enter the private properties bordering the campground. ### Refund Policy If a cancellation is made 7 or more days before your scheduled arrival date, the full camping fee will be refunded (excluding the non refundable booking/administration fee). If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before your scheduled arrival date, camping fees will be forfeited. If you are just shortening your stay, you will have to contact the campground directly at 844-265-4885. or by email at [email protected]. Refunds are not given for an eviction, vacating your site early, inclement weather or due to lower water levels of Arrow Lake. No-Show Policy A no-show occurs if a camper doesn't arrive by 11am the day after their scheduled arrival date hasn't notified the park operator. If a camper fails to arrive by this time and doesn't contact the park, their reservation is cancelled without a refund, and the campsite becomes available to others. To avoid being marked as a no-show, campers should cancel their reservation or contact the park operator if they anticipate a late arrival.
