Two large sofas offer a comfy spot to sit and visit or watch TV or a DVD movie. One of the sofas folds out into a bed providing the second sleeping space for two guests. Air-conditioning and heating help keep the cottage feeling just right no matter the time of year. Outside, there is a deck that doubles as one of the entrances to the cottage. Parking is available on-site. All four accommodations at the bed and breakfast are equipped with air-conditioning and heat, offering year-round occupancy. Guests can stay connected and watch TV or movies thanks to the Wi-Fi, Direct TV, and DVD player. The suites come equipped with a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a coffeemaker. The large suite has a gas fireplace and a small electric fireplace. The smaller suite also has a small electric fireplace. Both suites have private entrances and are handicap-accessible. The two cottages have kitchenettes that include a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a small refrigerator. All beds have down comforters and there is a crib available for those traveling with a baby or small child. Guests will be treated to a delicious Western Pennsylvania breakfast which is included in the cost of they stay. Breakfast is available from 8:00-9:00 am. Guests can eat at the main house or arrange to have breakfast delivered to their cottage or suite. Farm tours, horseback riding, swimming, and fishing are all accessible on the property.
