About this campground
Overview Greenacres, set within the stunning West Dorset countryside is a small family run site which offers a peaceful secluded location whilst being a very short distance from amenities and the beautiful Jurassic Coast. The site has 6 large fully drainable hard standing pitches which now have established dividing hedgerows offering privacy, a picnic bench is also provided with each pitch. A shower room/toilet and separate toilet now include heating and hot water to offer all year round opening. The site is adjacent to a locally acclaimed popular farm shop and kitchen/restaurant.

Ideally located Greenacres is only a mile from the bustling town of Bridport, rich in history and famous for its street market on Weds and Sat and also a vibrant arts, crafts and live music scene. The Art Deco Electric Palace features many big names in the entertainment world. Bridport, West Bay and the surrounding area boast many superb pubs, restaurants and tea rooms. These select sites are small, privately run campsites that operate under the Club’s jurisdiction and can only accommodate up to 5 caravans or motorhomes and up to 10 trailer tents or tents, unless express permission has been given by the Club to accommodate more. They range from secluded Hideaways to fully facilitated family friendly sites, and are often found in locations where larger commercial sites are prohibited so you could be camping close to a beach or in the National Park, for example.
