Braun's Island RV Park

We are a privately owned park and are excited to have you stay with us and share our beautiful property and sites with you.  We welcome fully self contained RV's and must be 20 yrs old or less and in good condition. No stand-alone tenting allowed. Air tight sewer adapters are mandatory. **PLEASE NOTE**: Our washrooms are not open 24/7 so all RV units must be fully self contained with a fully functional flush toilet that will hook up to our system. Before you complete your booking we ask you to please look over these very important "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" we have created in order to ensure we as a business, you as our valued guest, as well as all of the other guests and visitors on site, all have a positive, safe and enjoyable experience. ​By making a reservation with us, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions set forth. ​Thank you, Braun's Island RV Park ​TERMS AND CONDITIONS ​RESERVATION POLICY: All site reservations must be confirmed with full payment at the time of booking.  Monthly reservations date change requests are accepted up to 14 days before check in. ​REGISTRATION: All campers must be registered at the office during check in times.  All fees must be paid in advance.  Registered campers are responsible for ensuring their visitors follow all campground rules.  Braun's Island RV Park does not accept responsibility for the loss of personal property, all facilities are used at your own risk. MINIMUM AGE: You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid credit card in your name in order to make a reservation and stay in a site.  A site may not be reserved for anyone under the age of 21 years old. ​OCCUPANCY: Prices are based on 5 guests per site.  Charges apply to additional guests 15 years old and up, as well as all pets.  There is no charge for children under the age of 14.  Maximum number of guests including children is 5 and pets is 2.  Additional charges will be applied for additional guests over the limit of 5 per site. ​CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel with 48 hours notice you will receive a refund of 100% minus a cancellation fee of $20.00 Monthly reservations we require a minimum of 14 days notice, you will receive a refund of 100% less a cancellation fee of $50.00 No refunds for early departures. ​CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Upon arrival please go to your site chosen on booking.  If there is any issues with your site please call the office or send an email and someone will contact you.  Upon check out ensure the site is clean and no garbage has been left.  If you would like to extend your stay please go online to re-book. ​SMOKING,CANNABIS/ALCOHOL/DRUG USE/VIOLENCE: The use of cannabis will NOT be tolerated in any form except within your own enclosed RV. This applies to those guests using cannabis for medical purposes as well. Those ignoring this policy will be asked to leave. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any building or within 10 meters of any entrance to the building. Drug use and violence is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate eviction of guests with no refund. Parties are not permitted on the property. Children must be supervised at all times, please accompany children under the age of 6 to the washrooms. ​PETS: Pets will be allowed at management discretion for a fee of $3.00 per night, (please speak to management with regards to pets for monthly stays). Maximum number of pets per site is 2.  Pets must be supervised at all times, they cannot be left unattended in your site or RV at any time.  Pets must be ON LEASH at all times while outdoors to ensure the safety and comfort of all of our guests.  Aggressive dog behavior or excessive barking is not acceptable and you will be asked to leave the park without a refund.  We do not provide bags but removal and disposal of your pet waste is required. Pet's are not allowed in the washrooms or laundry room at any time.  All pet owners assume all responsibility and liability for their dog's behavior. ​GUEST AMENITIES: Wifi is available free of charge to all of our guests and is available to "most" sites. There are free men/ladies showers for our guests.  We have an on-site laundromat, uses **dollar** coins only. CAMPSITE: All sites will be cleaned and ready for your arrival.  You will be responsible to clean up your site before you leave and ensure you take all your garbage with you.  There is a garbage dumpster located at the side of the office building and is for garbage only that is available for use, recycling bin is also available. Speed limit in the Park is 10 KM/Hour. Quiet hours are from 10;00 pm-7:00 am.  Loud noise, music, vulgar language, abusive attitude will not be tolerated.  There are no campfires at present only propane firepits are allowed.  No ATV/Motorbikes are permitted in the campground or adjoining property. ​GENERAL: Charges are for the use of the assigned site and campground facilities only.  The site is for vacation purpose only.  The campground assumes no responsibility for loss through fire, theft, collision or otherwise to the trailer or care or their contents, whether due to negligence or otherwise.  Use of the campground and equipment for yourself, family, and your guests is solely at your own risk and subject to campground rules.  Making a reservation is hereby-acknowledged that you have reviewed all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.  The campground, its employees, servants, or agents shall be saved harmless from any claims whether in contact or by tort, by or on behalf of all those admitted to the campground pursuant or because of this agreement.  In addition to the set charges, any taxes levied on the trailer, any ancillary structure or the rate charged for and signing on behalf of his/her family, party, guest and any other persons accessing the campground with his/her permission knowledge.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.  Upon termination, the camper, his/her family and guests shall be deemed to be trespassers, under the trespass to property act and the operator is hereby appointed their respective agent for disconnecting services and removal of their trailer, structures and equipment.  This property is privately owned. RIGHTS RESERVED: Braun's Island RV Park reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation, at any time, with or without prior notice if there has been a breech of these terms and conditions, in which there would be no refund.  If a cancellation occurs for a reason other than a breech in terms and conditions such as a Force Majeure Event (see below) a full credit to be used within 12 months or 75% refund will be issued. ​FORCE MAJEURE: "Force Majeure Event" means acts of God, Flood, Fire, Earthquake, tsunami, epidemics or pandemics, war or hostilities, terrorist threat or attacks, riots or civil unrest, government order or law, national or regional emergency, labor stoppages or other similar events beyond the reasonable control of Braun's Island RV Park or the guest.  In the event of Force Majeure which prevents the fulfillment of a reservation by Braun's Island RV Park, or prevents the guest from attending their reservation a full credit amount will be issued to be used within 12 months of the end date of "Force Majeure Event" or a 75% refund may be issued instead.  Braun's Island RV Park will not be liable to the guest for any other expenses incurred/lost due to the cancellation of the reservation. ​LIABILITY: Braun's Island RV Park is a large property, place of business, and a mobile home park.  There are tripping hazards, wild animals, holes, falling branches, vehicles, heavy equipment, river, swamp and other risks year round.  Braun's Island RV Park cannot and will not be held responsible or any damages, injuries, loss or death that occur to our guests or visitors to the property.
