Boondocking host near Seaside, CA

Seaside is located between Santa Cruz and Monterey on the California coast. Morning fog is not uncommon, but that keeps our temperatures pretty mild. You are welcome to boondock in my driveway. PLEASE NOTE: MY DRIVEWAY MEASUREMENTS ARE 17 FEET WIDE AND 18 FEET IN LENGTH. THE DRIVEWAY IS NOT FLAT. SEE THE PHOTO BEFORE REQUESTING A STAY, THANK YOU;) No generators after 8 pm or before 8 am, be respectful of neighbors and quiet down at 10 pm. Owners may come and go early in the morning but please will be quiet and respectful. I love my neighbors;) The driveway site is suitable for vans or smaller Class B rigs (less than 20 feet) and you will need to back in or back out. I am not sure if there is room on either side for slide-outs. Electricity and water can be made available if requested for a $15 donation. There is a small seating area in the front yard for you.
