About this campground
Our place is in rural Youngstown, FL within 1/4 mile of Hwy 231. You'll have ready access to Gulf Coast attractions (15 miles to Panama City; 25 miles to St Andrews State Park/beaches, 30 miles to Pier Park). Public transportation is not available. We can accommodate pull through and turn around on our property. Please be advised that NW Florida can be cold in the winter. We only have one site with hook up for electricity and water. It is on a first arrival, first served basis (i.e., we do not make separate reservations and we do not guarantee hookup site availability). The dump is readily accessible from the site. We can also accommodate 2 additional off grid campers on our site.

Water to fill your freshwater tank is available by the shop. In severe weather we can waive the generator restrictions. Dry campers may use the dump station but will need to coordinate with the guest at the hook up site.
