About this campground
Spectacular view of Pikes Peak 5 miles from Hwy 24, near attractions Pikes Peak Highway, Garden of The Gods, hiking and biking trails. Spectacular view is on flat asphalt at highest point of our driveway. Asphalt turn around at end of our steep gravel driveway 1 mile long. Our home is 150' away from best spot, 60' from the closest spot, yet you have exclusive privacy looking towards Pikes Peak if setting your lawn chairs on the mountain view side of your RV. No hookups, no electricity, no water, no toilet, no wifi, no washer dryer.

Yet if you stay longer than one day to help us move light pine branches an hour a day, we can optionally give you limited amenities such as electricity and wifi, at our discretion. Fantastic open sky for your rooftop RV solar panels, right next to our solar panels. Hike or Mountain Bike our 40 acres, or Catamount trails next door to Catamount Lakes fishing about 5 miles away. Enjoy photographing our visiting bear, moose, elk, mountain lion, turkey by the creek, best to keep pets on a leash with wildlife nearby. We need help moving light pine branches to the open meadow an hour a day through October, please consider staying longer, and chat adventure stories with us while moving branches.
