Wilmington Terrace Barnyard is a half acre property in the town of Wilmington NY with a barn on it. The surface is firm grass and is level, and there is electricity and water available. The lean-to and firepit are available for your use too. You can walk 100 yards to the Ausable River for fishing, kayaking/ sup / etc. Tons of hiking and fishing, boating and swimming, skiing and sight-seeing. Fifteen minutes to Lake Placid. Walk to a convenience store and pub, drive to several others. Come hang at the Barnyard!
