About this campground

One space available, must either back in or out, Only about 5 amps of power on loaded circuit, (enough to run lights, or computer; but NOT AC, heater, microwave, fridge, oven, or stove). Suggested Local Attractions: TOP ATTRACTIONS: Gilcrease Museum has one of the finest collections of Western American and Indian Art in the world. Tulsa has extensive and excellent examples of Art Deco architecture (mostly ziggurat and some streamline). The Gathering Place is a unique very large recreational park open free to the public. With extensive playgrounds, kiddie water park, skate park, limited kayaking, overpriced food, beautiful gardens, trails, indoor and outdoor seating areas.

The Tulsa Regional Trail System along the river with, a 50 mile paved trail for biking, walking, running or skateboarding. OTHER ATTRACTIONS: With basic run of the mill stuff that you could see in most any city: Philbrook Museum of art: (beautiful sculptured gardens and Italian renaissance residence converted to a museum, (paid admission, some free days). Performing arts center opera: symphony, etc. Oxley Nature Center: wildish natural but tended trails (paid admission), Tulsa Zoo: vin ordinaire. If you are really bored you could try: golden driller, center of the universe, ORU. DAY TRIP from TULSA Worth a visit to: • Will Rogers Museum and/or JM Davis Gun Museum in Claremore. • Woolrock museum toward Bartlesville. • OKC Zoo. • Keystone Ancient Forest (Hiking, Old-Growth Forests, Wildlife, Migratory Birds.
