About this campground

FYI for the '23 to '24 Winter season I had to close the site for any new campers. I will be only responding once a week to any messages. I have most of the season closed for bookings due to the chronic employee shortage & will not accept any new bookings, I am really sorry for this as I enjoy hosting tremendously. If I have already approved your stay during this time, you are still good to go, however I will not be able to assist you in any way during your stay. Please take the time to thoroughly read the Description and check in/out. We are located in a business area, nothing special for a scenic spot, some might not like it.

There can be noise, vehicular traffic at times, equipment could be operating across the street. Wreckers are in and out of the gate loading/unloading vehicles at all hours (not a steady stream but it happens ) so if you're a light sleeper it just might wake you up. But free is always good lol...Nights and weekends are very quiet here 99% of the time. This is a great spot to use as a base camp for seeing the Tampa Bay area. Having said that, we encourage you to explore and enjoy our Home Town of Tarpon Springs, truly a little gem on the Gulf of Mexico. Parking is in front of my business on the North side of the gate (area 1), the north side of the property (area 2), and across the street (area 3 overflow, ). All 3 areas are grass or mulch or sand covered. Check the area map in our photo section for reference. Please use jack pads under your levelers or stands if you are going to unhook. The grass will NOT support your stands and it will most likely sink a little (I park my camper there too and know this! ) A dumpster is located by the gate, and you are welcome to use it for any solid waste. There is a hose for water so you can fill your RV tank if you need water. (Please do not block the gate) Any open spot is ok for you to park/set up. There are no hook-ups (Dry camping only). If you come in at night and do not like backing in after dark, you can park across the street until morning. If you want help backing in, just call me and if I am home I will be glad to assist you in any way that I can.We are very lax on arrival time and departure times,we also head out in the summers with our camper and know anything can happen on the trip to cause delays and or plans change, so don't sweat it..just keep us updated.... I got your 6. Suggested Local Attractions: Close to Some of the Top rated beaches in the USA, on the Gulf of Mexico, Anclote Park is the Closest 1mi away.
