Boondocking host near Rock Island, TN

Are you considering a trip to Tennessee and want to stay at the Rock Island State Park - but the State Park has no available reservations. This is your opportunity to stay close to the park (we are less than 3 miles from the State Park) and enjoy the trails, waterfalls, hiking, and the rural charm of Middle Tennessee. The site is located minutes away from Rock Island State Park, about 75 miles from Nashville, and centrally located to explore Cookeville, Sparta, and The Caverns in Spencer. We are endeavoring to homestead the property and currently have chickens. They occasionally come to visit. If you stay during the summer, you can enjoy the harvest from our garden. This year we are planting cherry tomatoes, beets, corn, cucumbers, green beans and green peppers. We are also selling farm fresh eggs! We look forward to your stay with us.
