About this campground
PLEASE REVIEW RATES BELOW BEFORE MAKING RESERVATION. Waterfront property with dolphins sightings often as well as other sea life. 15 minutes to downtown Panama City, 20 minutes to Historic St Andrews and 30 minutes to Panama City Beach. Tyndall Air Force Base is right across the bay where you can see the F35’s fly around if you’re lucky! Large yard fenced in on 3 sides, waterside is not fenced but has a seawall. Friendly pets allowed with approval, must clean up immediately after pets. I sometimes foster Great Danes which are occasionally on the property. Enjoy the fishing off the dock or have lunch out there on the picnic table.

Upper dock open as well which is wonderful for sunsets or on sunny days work on that Florida tan!!! If you bring your own boat you may tie up to the dock for free but it is tidal water. Boat lift available for $15 day. If you can hookup to a 20 amp service or use your generator I can park you right at the seawall, conditions will also be a factor as it is grass parking and the ground must not be saturated. Washing of vehicles, campers, trailers, motorhomes, etc strictly prohibited! Please arrive prior to sunset in order to see any obstacles while backing in. Property is monitored by surveillance system.  Due to the constant traffic with one night stays I’m requesting your stay be a minimum of 3 nights. Please no generator operation. 1st night free without utilities, $15 each additional night. 1st night with electric $15 and each additional night $25.
