Prime Location *Steps from Watson Bayou, with two nearby boat slips. *Historic downtown Panama City: less than 2 miles away. *Tyndall AFB: 9 miles away. *Iconic beaches: 12 miles away. *Ample private parking for multiple vehicles or a boat. *Shared laundry room available off the back porch.
