Directly across from half a dozen public parking spaces and a municipal park with tennis, softball, soccer, playground etc... 5 mins from the i290 interstate 5 mins from the i190 interstate 15 mins from the i90 interstate Tools and air available. Welding and Plumbing / Electrical repairs also.
