Welcome to our little slice of country living! Set on five peaceful acres with wide-open vistas, our property offers the perfect balance of quiet countryside and convenience—just 10 minutes south of both downtown Fenton and Holly. In Fenton, you’ll find over a dozen fantastic restaurants within a charming three-block stroll. Holly invites you to browse its many antique shops and specialty stores. We’re also just minutes from Rose Oaks County Park and the Equestrian Park for hiking, horseback riding, and outdoor adventures. On-site, you’ll enjoy a spacious 16' radius bonfire area (bring your own wood), front-pasture parking, a 30 AMP hookup by the barn, and access to water.

Pets are welcome but must be well behaved. There is space to run but not chase my cat! I will be constructing a fenced in area in the Fall of 2025. Come relax, recharge, and enjoy the best of both country calm and small-town charm.
