Use exit 491 on I20 then go SouthEast on FM 2932 for 3/4 mile. White stone house on Left side. Just out of city limits. Semi-rural. Cows on the other side of the road. Horses across the fence. Nice restaurants and other stores (including Walmart) and a Buckees with easy access for RVs within 7 miles.
