About this campground
Secluded halfway between Fairbanks and Chena Hot Springs Alaska with small local store nearby at 24 mile with gas, a post office, groceries, liquor, and further down the road there are laundry/showers and cafe. There are also a few local places to eat nearby, German Mein diner check out his FaceBook for dates, also we have a pizza bus Wagners, Two Rivers Lodge open now limited days/hours. Just past 25 mile is Chena Recreation area, there is a reasonable fee to stay with designated areas, but once you pay the fee you can stay anywhere along the entire route by river, folks with pets have headed that way to be close to the river Chena Hot Springs is at the end of the road, mile 60ish, and they have camping spots there and use of the natural hot springs rock pool (no kids), it has an indoor pool (many kids), outdoor spa, and some whirlpools type pools.
