About this campground
We are rustic and don't have neighbors, but the road noise can sometimes be heard, depending on the wind. Well behaved pets are welcome. Dogs must be cat friendly if they go outside, as we have a resident barn cat mouser. There is a wide trail/path we keep mowed around a 3 acre field which is a great dog walk/run. There is so much wildlife to sniff, a leash may be best, dog depending. We can wave you to a parking spot and electrical from a safe social distance. We are not fancy here and we are not big socializers, but we are glad to be a host. We are not set up for a water hook-up proper, but we could find a way to top off your water tank. Responsible smoking is fine. This is a Safe Space.

Suggested Local Attractions:Wildlife abounds here. May see deer and turkeys and hear cayotes and owls and lots of other birds. Go Slow on the gravel road, because its a regular deer crossing and sometimes they just stand in the road. In the summer we have lots of sunflowers and we may have some garden goodies to share. Nearest town with a grocery store is 20 min away and its closed on Sundays.
