Newfound Lake, one of the cleanest lakes in the country—-and the local beauty abounds. We’re nestled in a lakeside community, with amenities including, beach, moorings, and docks. No limits here, to the exploring possibilities—-hiking Mt.Cardigan, Wineries, Breweries, numerous restaurants, a cute downtown shopping area and a pristine lake. The adventures are limitless in New Hampshire! You’ll have access to a private community sandy beach with kayak/SUP launch, picnic tables, volleyball net and horseshoes. Additionally, we have add-on fees for AC usage and Outdoor Shower Usage. Please confirm that you will require electric & water hook-ups. Additionally, our electric rates increased 125%. If you plan on using your AC, we would impose an added fee of $5/day. We offer an outdoor shower with hot water for $2/person/day.
