Off the beaten path between Franklin and Bremond, Texas. Down a dead-end road which does have a gravel section. We have 20 acres partially wooded plus it's a working (developing) hobby farm and apiary. Gravel drive that curves and raises up to the house. Plenty of room to get turned around.
