About this campground
Located in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. Two miles from nearest town. In the country, quiet setting. One and a half hours from Syracuse. A half hour from Old Forge and beautiful scenery, hiking trails and many historic sites including Lake Placid and Whiteface Mountain further into the Adirondeck Preserve. One hour plus from Fort Drum. Level spots, good cell service. You may not be able to access any local channels on your tv. Satellite TV will work. We are approx. two miles from the Oneida County Fairgrounds and the Boonville Woodsmans Days. However, no parties allowed.

Suggested Local Attractions: Fort Stanwic, Erie Canal, Adirondack Mountains, waterpark, Breweries, wineries, 1000 Islands, cute small stores, hiking trails, horse back riding, fishing, waterfalls, state parks, small local museums of interest, and a variety of restaurants within 25 miles. Oneida County Fair in July and the Boonville Woodmans Days in August.
