About this campground
Well-kept meadow on the outskirts of the village on a small ridge with a view to the east and west. Very quiet at night, visit of field hares and deer not infrequently. Not far from several premium hiking trails, dream loops and cycle paths in the natural park Saar-Hunsrück. Bathing opportunities among others in the natural pool Primstal, Bostalsee (largest leisure lake in the southwest) and Schaumbergbad with sauna Vicus. 400m to the leisure facility Nahequelle with game enclosure, 6km to Schaumberg with Schaumbergalm +-turm, Freizeitzentrum Peterberg with observatory, Keltendorf Otzenhausen, Naturwildpark Frisen, World Heritage Site Völklinger Hütte, Saarschleife, Wolfspark Werner Freund (Merzig), Idar-Oberstein (EdelSteinStadt), Trier (oldest city of Germany).
