Nestled in Northwest WI on is one of the area's finest resorts & campground; operated by the Baribeau family for 35 years. Located on 17+acres & features a bar & grill w/a fully equipped kitchen, lakeside dining, game room, in-ground lake-side heated pool, boat docks, 2 seasonal cabins, fish house, plus a 3BR/1BA owner's apartment & 25 seasonal campground sites. Owners also manage 5 other cabins. Room for cabin or campground site expansion on the southerly 3 acres & across Hwy F there is another 5.45 acres that is undeveloped which provides for more opportunity to expand. This property is located right next to the Tuscobia Trl. Available separately is a 40 acre-parcel w/a newer home.

Visitors have access to the lake from public boat landing & there is a public beach. Fish include Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike & Walleye. Birch Lake is connected via a channel to 2400-acre Lake Chetac. Owner would consider an offer on just the bar/restaurant & 2 cabins.
