Campground Policies & Agreement Campground Site Agreement NO LIABILITY: GUEST HEREBY INDEMNIFIES, RELEASES AND HOLDS CAMPGROUND, ITS OFFICERS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS (THE “CAMP GROUND PARTIES”) HARMLESS FROM ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DAMAGES, LOSS, EXPENSES, AND/OR LIABILITIES (HEREAFTER COLLECTIVELY, “LOSS”) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO GUEST’S USE OF THE CAMPSITE, THE PROPERTY AND/OR ANY LIVESTOCK INTERACTION OF ANY KIND OR WILDLIFE INTERACTION, THEREON. THE PARK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE GUEST FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY ACTIONS OR NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF ANY OTHER CAMPGROUND GUEST OR RESIDENT OR THEIR FAMILIES, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES OR INVITEES. GUEST AGREES TO PAY THE CAMPGROUND FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY GUEST, GUEST’S FAMILY, AGENTS, INVITEES OR EMPLOYEES. As a Guest of BIN2QUINN LLC Campground, I fully understand and accept the attached rules and any other rules and /or regulations that may be posted in the park. I also agree to vacate the premises at the request of management if I violate any rules or regulations, without a refund of any prepaid fees. This agreement does not constitute a landlord/tenant agreement. Payment for sites is entirely for services rendered under a host/guest arrangement. **Reservation Policies** When you make a reservation your credit card is charged for the total amount for the duration of your stay. Our cancellation policy period is 10 days prior to your arrival on RV/Tent sites. If you cancel prior to the cancellation policy, you will receive a refund of your reservation deposit less $20 for an RV site and $10 for a Tent site per day. Cancellations within the 10-day cancellation period will result in forfeiture of your entire reservation. There is a 5% or $20 penalty, which ever amount is greater, for changes made prior to the 10-day cancellation period. Stays shortened after the cancellation period will result in no refund. There are no refunds for early departure. No show reservations are responsible for the amount of your entire booking. **Site Policies** Tents are NOT ALLOWED on RV sites unless approved at time of the reservation. There are tent sites available for rental. RVs are NOT ALLOWED on tent sites. Our electrical pedestals at our RV sites are for RV and Campers NO ELECTRIC VEHICLES are allowed to be plugged in. Please ask the office for directions for Tesla and other Electrical Vehicle charging stations within our town. **Pet Policies** Pets are welcome. Please don’t let them run freely. Please keep them on a leash. Please clean up after your pet and do not leave them unattended. Barking dogs in RV’s are not pleasant for other campers. **Arrival and Departure Times** Check-in time is 1:00 PM (MST) for RV/Tent Sites. Check-out time is 11:00 AM (MST) for all sites. Late check-outs must be approved by management and cannot exceed 1:00 PM (MST) or an additional day may be charged. Please notify us if you expect to check-in after 8:00 PM (MST) so we can accommodate your late arrival. Early checkins may be available depending on when other campers depart. Please call and check if you need to check in early and I will do my best to accommodate you. **Off-Season Availability** Please call or email me with questions. Nightly and monthly sites may be available depending on the weather.
