Don't forget the outdoor shower and salt water hot tub to enjoy the infamous dark skies of the Hi-Desert. • OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Professionally managed by Property Manager • RENTAL AGREEMENT There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation • SPEAKERS We do not have speakers at the property and we do not allow speakers of any kind to be brought. The house sits in a canyon and noise travels up and over the canyon very easily. We want to remain good neighbors and ask that you respect the noise policy and follow the quiet time hours see by the town. • PETS Pets off all kinds are NOT allowed. • A/C & Heater It is cooled and heated by mini splits in each room to keep you comfortable all year long. • FIRE Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. • IDENTITY VERIFICATION You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identiy and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used. By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above.
