Welcome to The Bass Pond - Your Gateway to East Tennessee Adventures! Nestled in the heart of rural East Tennessee, our peaceful campground offers nine full-service RV sites with easy pull-through access on level, graveled ground. Just off I-75 at Exit 60, we're perfectly positioned for exploring the region's natural wonders - from hiking the Cherokee National Forest and visiting stunning Bald River Falls to rafting the Ocoee River, exploring the famous Lost Sea, and driving the scenic Cherohala Skyway and famous "Tail of the Dragon." Whether you're planning day trips to the Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, or Nashville, or prefer fishing on Watts Bar Lake and the Little Tennessee River, our centralized Sweetwater location puts it all within reach. After your adventures, return to our relaxing retreat where full hookups ($40/night) include water, electricity, and sewer - no need to move for dumping! We also offer electric-only and partial hookup options, with weekly and monthly rates available. Pets are welcome in our designated grassy area (6' leash required). Check-in is 3 PM, check-out by noon, with quiet hours from 9:30 PM to 8 AM. We accept multiple payment methods including Venmo, Cash App, and major credit cards. GPS can be tricky, so we'll text you specific directions to ensure easy arrival at your home base for Tennessee mountain adventures!
