About this campground
Backe camping is the perfect place for all types of campers. Regardless of whether you have a caravan, mobile home, tent or want to live in a cabin, you are welcome with us. The campsite is adjacent to the beautiful leisure area Stenhammaren, which is centrally located in Backe. There are plenty of caravan sites with and without electricity and 2-, 3- and 4-bed cabins to choose from. For those who want to discover the area from the water, there are canoes to rent. At Backe camping there is also a fantastic swimming area with jetties, jumping tower, trampoline and changing rooms. Here you can enjoy a lovely day in the sun and cool off in the fresh water.

Next to the swimming area there is a barbecue area and an outdoor gym where you can exercise and enjoy nature at the same time. The campsite is open seasonally during the summer and is also an InfoPoint. Here you can get personal tips about donut places and directions. If you need more information, you can always turn to the tourist information in Strömsund. Welcome to Backe camping - a place where you can relax and enjoy nature on your own terms.
