About this campground
Selected as this very small family-run site is right by a mountain stream and walking distance from the pretty village of Artemare. It occupies a unique spot at the foot of the famous Grand Colombier, the highest point in the Bugey mountain range. From here you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the Rhone Valley, the lakes of Bourget, Annecy and Geneva and the Alps. It is a quiet site and perfect for those who enjoy outdoor activites such as mountain biking, canyoning, canoeing, fishing, donkey treking, hiking and via ferrata which are all available nearby. On the 17 July 2016 the 15th stage of the Tour de France passes nearby.
