Army Camp — New River Gorge National Park and Preserve

Overall, the Army Camp Campground offers a unique and peaceful camping experience in a beautiful location near the New River Gorge. Campers appreciate the established amenities like picnic tables and fire pits, as well as the spacious and clean sites. However, some drawbacks include limited cell service, the absence of drinking water, and the fact that none of the sites are directly on the river.
