当施設は、九十九里浜の目の前にオープンしたプライベートキャンプスタイルのグランピング施設です。 高速道路のインター（圏央道の松尾横芝インター）から近く、東京都内からは車で90分程度のアクセスの良さです。 プライベートビーチのような雰囲気がある九十九里浜まで徒歩３分なので、気持ち良い潮風を感じながらゆっくりとお過ごしいただけます。 缶詰やレトルト食品などをご購入いただける売店がございます。（現金・クレジットカード、各種電子決済に対応しております。） SHARE COURTの焚き火コーナーでは、管理人の気まぐれでホットワインやマシュマロを無料でご提供いたします。（不定期開催です。）
