This XL tiny home, with two lofted queen beds and a full-size futon on the main level, sleeps 6 and can accommodate up to 2 pets. The unit also has a 2-burner cooktop, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge. Cookware, dishes, silverware, etc. provided. Shower, sink toilet in the bathroom. There is a Smart TV located on the main level. A one-time cleaning fee of $45 will be added to your stay at checkout. Dogs are allowed for a one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 for up to two dogs in rented accommodations. No additional pets are allowed.
