About this campground
The camp at the foot of Mount Velino is located in a paradise corner with an incredible view of Mount Velino, from which the camp has its name. Here you can camp undisturbed and enjoy an unforgettable stay in the midst of the beauty of the Abruzzo. The camp is located in a remote place, not far from our farm. Facilities such as shower, toilet, table and chairs are located just a few meters from the camp. We offer you the possibility to use the breakfast service at a surcharge of 5 euros per person (can be reserved on arrival). Numerous activities of all kinds can be undertaken from the camp.

The camp is excellently connected to the motorway network: the sea is 1 hour away, as well as the famous city of Rome. It is interesting for hikers to know that the camp is located on the variant of the Cammino dei Briganti, which leads through the archaeological site of Alba Fucens – a 100 km long hiking trail that stretches through medieval villages and wild nature between the Abruzzo and Lazio.
