Location surrounded by magnificent lush vegetation, in an exotic setting where animals of different species live, each kinder than the other with the possibility of meeting them up close for unforgettable special moments... Very large outdoor space for eating outside, walking, enjoying the exotic garden with its palm trees, its Zen statues, its small artificial beach of 300m2, its rejuvenating calm... Activities : Do not hesitate to inquire about the additional on-site activity offered to you: Visit to an exotic educational farm. Location on a slightly isolated area for maximum tranquility, located a few dozen meters from the Canal du Midi with easy access to the bank.

Only 1.5km from the post office and the market square! Ultra easy access to the city via departmental road, less than 3km from the city center. Several beaches around 7km from the area. Aqualand 6km away, several amusement parks also: Luna Park Europark, etc... All the amenities of the city with all the benefits of a little corner of your own in an idyllic setting to relax and enjoy. Other remarks: I live and work on the estate, so I am always available if needed. You may possibly meet other people on the estate: passing tenants (guesthouses, campers), visitors to the educational farm, etc. Your vehicle(s) will be on the secure fenced area, your belongings are in no risk here. Newcomers are welcome to introduce themselves from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. If you need an arrival outside of this time slot, do not hesitate to ask me by message if it is possible.
