About this campground
Mittagskogel car park in the heart of nature, absolute calm in the evening and at night. The access road is not paved, the climb is steep and with many sometimes tight bends. Accessible for small vehicle or 4x4 van. Totally not recommended for motorhomes that are too heavy or too big. Possible with a traction van (not 4x4) but always keeping momentum and very good handling. If you're scared to venture out or scared of going up in the dirt or skating uphill, don't come. Departure of the hike to Mittagskogel: 12km round trip, about 4 hours.
