About this campground
"Niederssee" natural camper park officially opened recently in the Obersee above Näfels. Can be used from spring to autumn. The site is particularly suitable for vans and vans, because the access road is rather steep and narrow. Restriction to exclusively autonomous vehicles up to a maximum of 3.5 tons. 2.4 meters wide and maximum 7 meters long, because vehicles cannot cross at certain times and there are only a few alternative places. Toilettes and fresh water are available. No other service. Payable via e-banking or Twint. The parking place is located in the middle of the paradise of hiking and cycling under Obersee, at 1 km.

There, on the lakeside, the recently renovated and child-friendly swimming pool is available for guests during the summer months. In addition to a welcoming swimming pool, there are also modern dressing rooms, showers and toilets, a children's playground and a barbecue area in a newly created multipurpose dining area.
