About this campground
This is another one of the great Long Island, New York campgrounds that provides a nice waterfront experience. There aren’t a lot of trees, but the expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the sound of the water on the other side compensate for that. It is open throughout the year, but some services are only available during the summer season. This is the campground you envision when you think of beachside Long Island campsites. It may not have the amenities that some of its counterparts offer, but it provides an experience like no other. For one, it is flanked by water on both sides, making it a great stop if you like to swim, fish, or jet ski.
