The campsite sits on three distinct levels: a tent area around a large fir tree with soft ground for easy stake placement, a cooking section with flat rocks for stove placement, and a water access point where campers can filter from either waterway. No campfires are permitted at this location. Yellow-belly marmots frequent the area, often approaching within 20 feet of campers.
