Red Eagle is equipped with 6 electrical sites, 40 primitive campsites at main entrance,, no water, 20 campsites with picnic area, recreational hiking trails on site, fishing and swimming access to the lake upon checking in at the office, only kayaks are allowed on the lake; fishing from two medicine river is allowed with a fishing permit if not enrolled member.
