I didn't see another person the entire time I was there, which is just how I like it. I had no signal on the street that Ty's land is on, so make sure you communicate with him before you get there! He did, however, let me know how to get service near the buildings. The site was very large, with a table and chairs and a firepit...all I needed to \"rough it\". A little ways down a path is a tent with a portable toilet in it and a table with basic toiletries...as well as a pamphlet on a local \"celebrity\", the Truxton Beast, which was a really fun touch. This was a great little spot for a quick getaway and exactly what I needed!!!
