About this space

Our converted farm (now serving as an artist's studio) is located at the end of a small hamlet, surrounded by forest and meadows, far away from annoying street noise. Quiet and idyllic, you should be able to stand independently. We have 1 single parking space and 2 side by side, with plenty of space in between. From here it is about 7 km to Wasserburg am Inn with its beautiful medieval old town...
