Sites 1 - 8 and 11-13 have direct access to the river. \nThe toilets were clean. \nWe were the only people staying the weekend and the peace was lovely. The goannas were a bit friendly so you will need to secure your rubbish well. Whoota Whoota look out is a short drive with stunning views and is a butterfly breeding ground."

      "reviewBody": "Attempted to visit 3 weeks after May 2025 floods, and despite no rain since, I didn’t attempt the last river crossing in my Hyundai i30.  Found a nice campsite close by. 4WD recommended, necessary when wet.  Can be done in a 2WD when dry.  Beautiful area."
