Arrival after dark is by prior arrangement only as we have no lighting on the farm\. We are 10 minutes from Hervey Bay and 10 minutes from the K'Gari \(Fraser Island\) barge that leaves from River Heads\. and only 10 minutes drive to Hervey Bay's beautiful beaches We are building a productive, diverse permaculture farm incorporating a market garden, food forest and small volume egg production\. From your campsite, on our farm block, you will have sensational views to K'Gari \(Fraser Island\) whilst being surrounded by 27 acres of bushland that is reserved for nature and registered with Land for Wildlife\. Expect to see amazing colours at sunrise and sunset\. Enjoy the many birds and animals that you will see as you spend time exploring our bush and farm\. There's the added bonus of a range of fresh, organically grown produce to be harvested daily at a small extra cost\. You will love the peace and quiet of our block and the huge array of wildlife that choose to call our place home\. To preserve this tranquility, pets and rowdy groups are not suited to this camp site\. You are welcome to camp in family and friendship groups\. If camping in a group you can choose how closely to camp near each other\. If not with a group you must be at least 20m away from other campers to respect their privacy\. We welcome you to Virtue Farm where we are creating a chemical\-free, sustainably grown, productive, diverse, permaculture farm incorporating a market garden and food forest\.
