About the listing The tiny house has three twin sized beds; one on the main level and the other two lofted above the main floor on opposite sides and accessed by a ladder\. There is also ample space for setting up a tent outside of the tiny house and some campers have even managed to pull a small 8x10 trailer into the campsite\. Take advantage of access to a private fire pit during your stay\. There is also a stove in the cabin to keep you warm\. The outhouse features a pit toilet\. The cedar cabin is super nice and smells great. I was very clean and came with linens and blankets for the beds. Clinton also offered a bunch of extras like firewood, a gas stove, etc. Its very quiet at night time with only the frogs and during the day the birds come out to sing. The only non wildlife sound was the occasional cow mooing about something. Not sure where they are, we didn't see any. We only stayed one night but easily could have stayed two as the forested land is huge. I didn't realise how big his property was and so took a casual stroll on some of his trails and ended up getting lost for 2 hours. There's all kinds of intresting art scattered throughout the property in the woods and I feel like we only saw a fraction of it. Clinton was also highly responsive to texts and questions and very easy to work with. 10/10, highly recommend.
