The site was soft and flat, buffered by trees and close to the trails and gardens on Erin's property. He had water ready for me when I arrived. An outhouse is in close proximity to the site with a washing station. The site over looked a pine forest with ferns. Quiet, private and peaceful while being minutes from Montpelier. Erin's communication was superb and he's a super nice guy.
