The campsites were secluded. Everything you needed was close by but far enough away you wouldn't be disturbed by other campers. There's a lil walk to most of the sites but it's pretty short. At night the forest was light up with lightening bugs and the night sky was was full of stars. It was a prefect getaway. I loved our stay and will definitely visit again! The sites seem to be place pretty far apart for privacy. Two other campers showed up and we never heard them after they got settled. The Fieldcrest site is close to the firewood supply and the shower. The port-a-potty is along the road as you come in. Locating the driveway to the property was a bit of a challenge ... our directions said to turn right but the turn was on the left with no really distinguishing markers other than looking for a steep driveway that leveled off.
