His land has a ton of beautiful palms, not to mention a variety of veggies, chickens, cows and other wild birds. It felt like camping in an oasis. There was a flushing toilet, shower, and sink available to use. Tent sites were spaced far enough that it felt like you were camping alone.\n\nGetting to Main Street in Ramona took 2 minutes, and Escondido was around 20 minutes. The campground was easy to find and communication with Bernie was smooth.\n\nAside from the amenities, Bernie and Hoa were incredibly gracious hosts! They both had a ton of travel stories to share.
