About this campground
We have a warm welcome for people who want a huge car park with the A66 on one side and fantastic views over the North Yorkshire Dales on the other. Stayers are free to use our huge classic brass bar and spacious restaurant. Hearty country inn with large easy access car parks for motor homes and caravans. Warm welcome, wood burner in bar, over 4 acres of grassland out the back, so dog friendly. Keen to encourage motor homers to stop over here on the A66 and access our bar and great pub grub. Currently shut Monday & Tuesday (however you can stopover if needed for small fee) but open normally from 12 noon until 2.15pm for lunches and 5pm to 8pm for evening meals.

Our kitchen is open noon Wednesday to Sunday evening. The Fox Hall Inn is situated between Scotch Corner (Junction 53 of the A1 M) and Barnard Castle on the A66. Fantastic views over towards Richmond and Swaledale. Fantastic views over towards Richmond and Swaledale.
